 's character. She's supposed to have phoenix wings but they just wouldn't work out.  We both liked the picture anyway, so here it is. Comments

the photolike background with your character makes it really pop out. well done proportions and details! It took quite a while. I'm glad you like it.

Critiques
I can pretty much say that this caught my eye!
First, great use of shading, especially on the building, skin and clothes! You must have planned out the light source very well.
Second, nice use of folds on the clothes as well.
Third, the jewelry is pretty good.
Fourth, the background is good as well.
Only flaws/nitpicks are the feet and eyes. I wouldn't really call the eyes a nitpick. That might be the angle.
The feet might use some toenails, but if you don't want to use them, that's OK too. And it's OK if you didn't draw the phoenix wings. The picture works well on its own.
